Required Documents:
- A clarification Letter detailing the reason of the delay in getting the permanent license.
Conditions & Requirements:
- The facility must have a valid initial approval.
- The service can be requested before the initial approval expires or within one month after its expiration.
Service Process:
- Log in to the Sharjah Health Authority system using the facility's account.
- Select the "Request to Extend Initial Approval" service from the list of services.
- Fill out the electronic application form, including the reason for the extension request.
- Attach the required documents.
- Pay the applicable fees.
- The request will be reviewed by the Health Regulation Department.
- If approved, the extension approval will be issued electronically.
